About the Role
The opportunity is for a Continuous Improvement Leader at a new manufacturing facility near Arlington, TX. This role will build a site‑level continuous improvement program from the ground up, shaping how problem‑solving and operational excellence are embedded from day one. The leader will work closely with cross‑functional teams to establish strong quality systems, improve processes, and resolve issues quickly through structured, data‑driven problem solving. • Support site leadership in developing and executing a continuous improvement roadmap with monthly priorities and actionable plans. • Partner with plant leadership to drive high‑impact improvements aligned with the Annual Operating Plan using an 80/20 mindset. • Lead value‑stream planning, define future‑state vision, and execute improvements through A3s and structured problem‑solving. • Manage, track, and report on the site’s continuous improvement and Kaizen activity portfolio. • Plan and execute Kaizen events by maintaining a dynamic improvement funnel aligned with value streams and site priorities. • Serve as a subject‑matter expert and coach on continuous improvement principles, providing guidance to leaders and teams. • Act as a change agent, constructively challenging existing approaches to achieve better outcomes. • Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and reduce costs and inventory. • Build organization‑wide problem‑solving capability by coaching leaders, supporting development programs, and training. • Conduct local training to strengthen understanding and application of continuous improvement tools. • Continuously develop lean and continuous improvement expertise through ongoing learning and education. • Lead and manage cross‑functional projects and improvement programs that support strategic business goals. • Collaborate with other business units and corporate teams to share best practices and support broader initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or supply chain management, and have at least five years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement. Two or more years applying Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Production System principles and demonstrated success with tools such as Pareto analysis, value‑stream mapping, 6S, standard work, Kanban, FMEA, and structured problem‑solving are required. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred, and the role may require domestic and international travel.
