Provide part-time onsite administrative support for property management and board duties.

About the Role
This individual will support the Property Manager and Board of Directors with administrative duties required by the Community Association. The person will work on‑site at the property, with equipment and training provided by the Management Company, and the position is part‑time, approximately 20 hours per week. • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. • Manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings. • Assist in developing and implementing new office policies and procedures. • Maintain office protocols to comply with state laws and regulations. • Organize filings, contracts, documents, and supplies; maintain inventory levels. • Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and vendors. • Coordinate resident requests with other departments and ensure timely follow‑up. • Collaborate with management, security, and maintenance staff for smooth operations. • Create internal flyers and communications for staff and residents. • Assist with work order generation and close‑out. • Attend board and annual meetings.

Benefits
The role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., with a pay rate up to $20 per hour, depending on experience. It is a part‑time position requiring roughly 20 hours per week.
