About the Role
Parsons is seeking a CEI Senior Project Manager to lead highway and bridge construction engineering and inspection projects. The role serves as the primary client contact and is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while coordinating all aspects of project execution. • Lead highway and bridge construction engineering and inspection projects as the primary client liaison. • Develop scope of work, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans for assigned projects. • Coordinate client requirements to ensure delivery of high‑quality project deliverables. • Collaborate with the Program Manager on project schedule, budget, and staffing, monitoring progress. • Conduct performance appraisals and manage direct reports. • Establish and enforce a project safety plan, promoting safety, security, and quality policies on site. • Work with procurement staff to acquire qualified vendors and manage subcontractors. • Chair regular stakeholder meetings and provide progress summaries to clients and management. • Submit regular client reports, address issues, and negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors. • Review bid documents and assist with bidder solicitation activities. • Identify and resolve problems with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors, implementing corrective actions. • Maintain accurate documentation of job progress through daily logs and reports.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or construction‑related field, have 12+ years of highway and bridge construction engineering and inspection experience, and possess at least 3 years of field leadership experience. An active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, and TxDOT experience is preferred. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or construction‑related field and 12+ years CEI experience. • possess an active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license and 3+ years of field leadership experience. • Desired: experience with TxDOT projects.
