About the Role
The Driver‑CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle meets all safety standards and adheres to company, state, and federal regulations. Daily vehicle condition reports are completed to address any defects promptly. Key duties include thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, following route sheets and maps, operating manual or automatic controls to lift, load, and compact refuse, and disposing of material at designated facilities. The driver also tags unsatisfactory containers, may handle hazardous and non‑hazardous materials, and can operate a hydrovac unit when required.

What You Bring
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are required to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. The driver must stay focused in a busy environment, drive safely, use navigation tools, maintain basic logs, and follow instructions without constant supervision.
