• Define and execute technical strategies for building services aligned with business goals. • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of building services projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance. • Champion innovative and sustainable technologies in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and related systems. • Ensure designs and installations meet all regulatory codes, safety, and environmental standards. • Mentor and lead technical teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to provide integrated solutions. • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project lifecycles. • Participate in a safety‑first culture with initiatives like “Making Health and Safety Personal” and a Zero Harm vision recognized by RoSPA awards. • Contribute to an inclusive environment with unbiased hiring, promotion, and performance evaluation.
