Job Highlights
About the Role
The post holder provides technical support for wastewater, sludge and waste‑management operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant and high‑performance plant operation. • Operate and optimise sludge, wastewater and waste‑management processes across a geographic area. • Investigate faults, implement corrective actions, and maintain compliance with legal, health‑safety and regulatory standards. • Deputise for the Area Principal Process Scientist and make decisions to mitigate cost or environmental risks. • Monitor downstream assets to ensure final effluent meets internal and statutory quality requirements. • Analyse large data sets, identify anomalies, and recommend process improvements. • Participate in an on‑call standby rota and 24/7 incident support team.
