About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative role focuses on generating profitable business from the equipment range your profit center specializes in. What You Bring

Candidates should have a 4‑year college degree with at least one year of related experience, or three to four years of sales experience. A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and a minimum age of 21 are required. Success in this role relies on strong project management, new‑business development, and customer‑retention skills, as well as effective communication, negotiation, and solid computer abilities. Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment is preferred, and bilingual Spanish may be advantageous. The position requires physical activities such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, both indoors and outdoors.
