About the Role
The role supports skilled craft workers by assisting with their assigned duties and performing tasks in other trades as appropriate to training and skill level. The employee must follow direction from higher‑skilled workers or foremen and adhere to safety practices. • Identify and eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transport, storage, and idle time. • Seek supervisor guidance when unsure about work tasks or safety practices. • Learn and understand all safety hazards associated with the job. • Safely operate and use work‑related tools and equipment. • Suggest and implement improvements in tasks, methods, and processes. • Maintain positive relationships with all crew members. • Deliver high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and information are readily available. • Navigate confined, cluttered, and uneven work areas. • Use hands frequently to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. • Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb on an occasional basis. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions while complying with all safety standards. • Participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k) retirement program.

What You Bring
• Perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide). • Hold NCCER Core Curriculum certification or a high school diploma (preferred). • Possess 1–3+ years of experience in industrial/commercial construction, depending on level. • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required personal protective equipment, including steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, and vest. • Reach above shoulder height and below waist frequently; stoop, kneel, or bend occasionally.
