About the Role
The role focuses on pre‑sales engineering for global security system projects, reviewing specifications and MEP drawings, and preparing bills of material and cost estimates to meet country‑specific standards. The incumbent leads project kick‑off and review meetings, manages technical queries, risk and deviation logs, and records minutes. They ensure quality assurance, defect‑free and on‑time deliveries, and maintain customer satisfaction. Additional duties include coaching team members, overseeing timesheet compliance, and providing weekly or monthly project progress reports. • Support pre‑sales engineering for global security system projects • Review project specifications, MEP drawings, and identify security equipment • Prepare bills of material, cost estimations, and detailed costing sheets • Lead project kick‑off meetings, manage risk and deviation logs, and record minutes • Ensure quality assurance, on‑time delivery, and customer satisfaction • Coach team members and manage timesheet compliance and project reporting

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a BE/ME in instrumentation, electrical, electronics, or a related field and have 4–10 years of experience with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Blue Beam, and network protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and OPC is required, along with strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
