About the Role

The role provides comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and preparation of documents and presentations. It also involves organizing internal and external meetings, overseeing onboarding for new hires, managing office supplies, and acting as the primary point of contact for the service team. • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries. • Prepare and submit expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance with policies. • Organize internal and external meetings, set agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. • Arrange onboarding logistics, including access, equipment, and introductory meetings for new hires. • Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports with consistent branding. • Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as needed. • Serve as the primary liaison for service team partners across IT, HR, Marketing, and business units. • Prioritize and handle executive email, phone communications, and correspondence. • Maintain office supplies, manage workspace, and ensure a professional environment. • Safeguard confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a minimum of eight years of executive assistant experience, preferably with a bachelor’s degree. Required technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP, SFDC, and Power BI is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities are essential, as is the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion. The role demands professional interaction with all levels of the organization and external partners. • Demonstrate 8+ years of executive assistant experience and strong organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, SFDC, and Power BI preferred.
