About the Role
As the HVAC Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance, energy efficiency and occupant comfort across commercial facilities. You will oversee all heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning equipment, drive preventive maintenance, lead dispersed technical teams and manage vendor relationships. You will also monitor energy use, develop budgets, handle emergencies and continuously improve processes. • Manage HVAC operations of commercial facilities to ensure performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. • Oversee heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems including chillers, HWU, AHUs, cooling towers, and building management systems. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifecycle and reduce downtime. • Lead geographically dispersed HVAC teams, including site technicians and supervisors, and coordinate contractor services. • Negotiate vendor contracts, manage service agreements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. • Monitor energy consumption across the facilities portfolio and implement cost‑saving and sustainability initiatives. • Prepare annual HVAC budgets, capital expenditure plans, and analyze system performance data for optimization. • Coordinate emergency response protocols and troubleshoot complex system issues across multiple locations. • Provide technical training, evaluate performance, and drive continuous development of the HVAC team. • Manage inventory of HVAC equipment, spare parts, and critical components to maintain optimal stock levels. • Conduct gap analyses to identify skill deficiencies, system inefficiencies, and process improvements. • Establish performance metrics and KPIs for team productivity, energy efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least ten years of HVAC experience with demonstrated management capabilities. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager, work on‑site in Bengaluru, and be scheduled for 48 hours per week. Candidates who meet most of the criteria are encouraged to apply.
