About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Senior Pricing Manager to join our Pricing Team in India. The role will design and execute comprehensive pricing strategies for facility management services while acting as a lead negotiator in client engagements. The successful candidate will build pricing frameworks from scratch and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to drive profitable growth. • Develop and implement end‑to‑end pricing strategies for facility management services. • Create dynamic pricing models that reflect market conditions, service complexity, and client requirements. • Lead complex pricing negotiations with enterprise clients and craft win‑win proposals. • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Senior Leadership to align pricing decisions. • Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios and improve profitability. • Analyze contract performance metrics and recommend pricing optimizations during renewals. • Work on‑site in Bengaluru, India, with a 40‑hour weekly schedule.
