About the Role

The Senior Referral Management Administrator will be based in the Marshall Islands and will support individuals by coordinating and scheduling emergency medical evacuations off the island. The role requires on‑call availability to respond promptly to emergencies and to provide necessary care for both intra‑atoll and off‑island patient movements. • Coordinate with insurance companies or TRANSCOM for Air Ambulance services for contractor personnel, U.S. Civilians, their dependents, and Active Duty personnel and their dependents. • Provide casualty evacuation using non‑medical air transport for intra‑atoll movement of patients, including U.S., RMI, and third‑country personnel within Kwajalein atoll. • Be available for on‑call duties as required, responding promptly to emergencies and providing care as necessary. • Sign and be bound by an International Assignment Agreement (IAA).

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years experience in medical care coordination. • Bachelor’s, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing program (or Master’s in Social Work). • Hold and maintain a current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. • At least 12 months of clinical experience within the last 2 years. • Experience with TRICARE benefits, quality control and risk management, medical terminology, forms, and records management. • Active BLS certification. • Recent clinical experience in patient care for at least 6 months in the past year. • Current U.S. passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiration.
