About the Role
As a Senior Product Developer on the Consumer Towels Product Development team, you will lead end‑to‑end innovation, from front‑end research and consumer insights to product design, commercialization, and market launch. You will manage the Front End Innovation funnel, ensuring projects meet deadlines, success criteria, and budgets. Reporting to a Senior R&D Manager and receiving direction from the Research Technical Leader, you will give work direction, coaching, and mentoring to 2‑3 team members. You will lead a cross‑functional R&D team, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive project goals without formal authority. • Lead end‑to‑end Consumer Towel product development and commercialization. • Manage Front End Innovation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and success criteria. • Coach and mentor 2‑3 team members while providing direction across functional groups. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing without direct authority. • Ensure compliance with corporate safety, regulatory, product safety, and quality standards. • Document R&D work per policy and protect intellectual property.
