About the Role
The Trade Business Coordinator plays a central role in supporting Delta Faucet’s Trade sales organization, blending sales enablement, business administration, and continuous improvement. This early‑career position offers exposure to the intersection of sales, operations, and marketing, preparing the holder to drive business success. • Coordinate support materials for customer meetings and trade shows. • Partner with Channel Marketing and CRM Analyst on campaign planning and Salesforce data uploads. • Maintain accurate sales directories, territory maps, and distribution lists across internal systems. • Provide prioritized sales administrative support for Trade Sales. • Ensure high data quality by maintaining complete CRM (Salesforce) records. • Manage CRM user access onboarding, termination, and troubleshooting. • Support digital roadmap development and act as subject matter expert during UAT. • Cross‑train with Sales Enablement team to broaden skill set. • Organize internal Trade Leadership Team meetings and events. • Maintain the Trade Leadership Team event calendar. • Assist new‑hire onboarding by processing system access requests and documenting role‑based access. • Process invoices related to Trade Sales Enablement contracts.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field preferred. • Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred. • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, and Co‑Pilot. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for data entry and management preferred. • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Customer‑focused relationship management with detail‑oriented, proactive approach. • Data‑driven mindset using CRM and reporting tools to generate insights. • Team‑oriented, adaptable to cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous‑improvement mindset.
