About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will design and manage email, text, and app campaigns that drive growth, new digital revenue, and support ticketing, partnerships, retail, and concessions. The role requires extracting data, generating insights from internal and external sources, and turning those insights into creative solutions, while handling copywriting, visual asset creation, and multi‑channel project coordination. This position reports to the VP of Business and Data Strategy and follows a hybrid work model with at least two in‑office days per week. Key responsibilities include maintaining an email marketing calendar, building digital customer journeys, creating and testing HTML emails, segmenting audiences, and producing analytics dashboards for executive use. The manager will also grow the email database, ensure compliance with CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA, train cross‑functional teams on tools and best practices, manage vendor relationships, and develop mobile app campaigns with personalized content. Technical duties involve using SQL, low‑code/no‑code methods, and designing data visualizations in Photoshop and SAS Visual Analytics. • Develop and execute email, text, and app marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. • Build and optimize digital customer journeys to boost brand affinity and conversions. • Create HTML emails, set up campaigns, segment lists, conduct A/B testing, and report results. • Produce visual assets and advertising collateral while maintaining brand standards. • Segment audiences using advanced marketing automation tools and manage CRM databases. • Design and maintain analytics dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders. • Analyze performance across channels and identify optimization opportunities. • Grow and protect the email database, ensuring IP and domain reputation health. • Prepare data for campaigns and reporting using SQL, low‑code/no‑code solutions. • Train cross‑functional teams on email marketing tools and best practices. • Manage external technology partners and oversee platform development and testing. • Execute mobile app campaigns, including push notifications and personalized lightboxes. • Create data visualizations in Photoshop and SAS Visual Analytics. • Ensure compliance with CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations. • Collaborate with MLS digital, marketing, and e‑commerce representatives.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (or equivalent experience) and at least two years of consumer or digital marketing experience, specifically managing email programs. Required skills include HTML email design, familiarity with an ESP such as SAS Viya or Customer 360, and competence with data visualization tools like Tableau or SAS Visual Analytics. Strong communication, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work flexible hours—including nights, weekends, and holidays—are essential. • Minimum 2 years experience managing email marketing programs and daily campaigns. • Proficiency with HTML email design and an ESP such as SAS Viya or Customer 360. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or SAS Visual Analytics. • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and demographic data tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and detail‑oriented work style. • Ability to handle confidential information and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Benefits
The compensation range for this role is $95,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting skill set and experience. LAFC is an equal‑opportunity employer and requires U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
