About the Role

The representative will collect and record customer inquiries in the CRM system, manage order entry, credits, returns, and ensure all sales transactions comply with established guidelines. They will also provide technical assistance, handle order modifications, and coordinate with logistics and finance to resolve issues, while delivering accurate quotes in a timely manner. • Enter customer inquiries into CRM and maintain accurate records • Process orders, credits, returns, and sales transactions per compliance guidelines • Provide technical assistance and respond to order changes, cancellations, and tracking inquiries • Coordinate with logistics and finance to resolve customer issues • Generate accurate quotes and respond promptly to sales inquiries • Identify, address, and escalate problems as needed

What You Bring
