About the Role
The analyst will perform data analysis and support Power BI models for KPI tracking, collaborate with cross‑functional partners on purchase orders, and serve as a liaison between senior cost managers and finance. The role also includes maintaining cash‑flow dashboards, compiling project buyout analytics, and adhering to SOX control responsibilities as needed. • Analyze data sets to identify differences and perform validation • Support Power BI models for KPI tracking • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to issue and modify purchase orders • Liaise between senior cost managers and finance to report accruals and prepaid invoices • Create and maintain cash‑flow dashboards • Compile data for project buyout analytics and track construction material cost trends • Maintain weekly updates for minor project budgets • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable

What You Bring
• Advanced Excel proficiency for large data‑set analysis • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work both independently and within a team • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field • Proven data analyst experience, preferably in construction or engineering • Expertise with data analysis, visualization tools and programming languages • Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in reporting • Experience with construction management software and knowledge of industry regulations • Relevant certifications in data analysis

The salary range for this full‑time position is $80K‑$140K base, reflecting role and level and subject to experience.
