About the Role
As an integral member of the design team, you will help create cohesive, technically sound, and financially responsible design outcomes. You will attend project meetings, contribute to schematic and design development work, and support the preparation of graphic presentations for clients while researching appropriate systems, materials, and finishes. • Contribute to cohesive, technically and financially responsible design solutions. • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with design directors and senior designers. • Develop schematic, design development, and construction documents, including graphic presentations. • Research and recommend appropriate systems, materials, finishes, and FF&E selections. • Support preparation of design development packages and coordinate with technical teams. • Perform space planning and generate program documents.

What You Bring
Gensler UAE is looking for an Interior Design Graduate who is passionate about design to work on a variety of hospitality, commercial, mixed‑use, entertainment and retail projects. The role involves close collaboration with Design Directors and other design leadership to deliver innovative solutions that meet client briefs. The office utilizes a robust suite of design technology, including Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Insight, Sefaira, and real‑time visualization tools such as Enscape and Twinmotion. Collaboration occurs within BIM platforms like BIM360 and Navisworks, and designers are expected to be familiar with performance analysis and VR walkthrough applications. • 0‑2 years of interior design experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects; Bachelor’s in design. • Proficient in Adobe InDesign with strong graphic and visualization skills. • Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper/Dynamo, and performance design tools (Insight, Sefaira, Ladybug). • Experience with real‑time visualization (Enscape, Twinmotion) and BIM collaboration tools (BIM360, Navisworks).
