What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED; college coursework in construction management or engineering is preferred. Required experience includes at least two years as a foreman supervising sheet‑metal trades on medium or large projects and three years of field or trade experience, preferably on government, military, or large commercial projects. Design‑build and sheet‑metal fabrication experience are desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; training is available for Primavera, Oracle, BIM, and Revit/Autodesk. Required certifications are CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour, EM‑385, and STS, with training provided if needed. Benefits

The position offers an hourly rate of $40.00‑$50.00, depending on experience, and includes medical, dental, vision benefits and a 401(k) plan with company match.
