About the Role

The Vice President will be responsible for new leasing, expansions, and renewals, presenting space to prospective tenants, developing broker relationships, preparing proposals, analyzing financial terms, negotiating leases, and coordinating marketing initiatives. Regular reporting, participation in budgeting, strategy updates, and regional management meetings are also required. • Manage leasing for 9 office buildings (8M sq ft) across Western Canada • Present office space to prospective tenants via correspondence and tours • Build and maintain broker relationships through calls and meetings • Prepare proposals outlining financial and spatial benefits for tenants • Analyze financial terms using models aligned with Brookfield strategy • Negotiate lease offers with tenants and brokers, coordinating with legal counsel • Conduct cold calling and mass mailings to source potential tenants • Produce monthly/quarterly reports on prospects and lease status • Coordinate marketing initiatives for office buildings • Contribute to annual leasing budget and quarterly strategy adjustments • Participate in regional management meetings and liaise with other departments

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least five years of office leasing experience, a university degree, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
