About the Role

We are looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role you will meet homeowners in their homes to assess their improvement needs while delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary goal is to guide customers through our solutions, deliver compelling sales presentations, and help them transform their spaces with confidence. • Conduct in‑home assessments to identify homeowners’ renovation needs. • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and guide customers through solution options. • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets using the company’s proven sales process. • Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospects using an iPad. • Uphold high ethical standards and provide exceptional customer service.
