About the Role

In this role you will serve as a Systems Engineer and Technical Assistance (SETA) specialist, providing technical expertise to government customers. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within the Intelligence Community and is well‑versed in standard systems‑engineering practices and modeling techniques. You will be responsible for mission planning and requirements development across maritime, ground, air, and space acquisitions, as well as creating technical information to support government program‑management decisions. Your work will include managing system configuration, developing work‑breakdown structures, and supporting acquisition documentation, test and evaluation, and design reviews. • Work on innovative projects at the forefront of engineering, logistics, mission IT and cybersecurity. • Design and optimize defense systems for national and space security. • Provide mission planning and requirements development across maritime, ground, air, and space acquisitions. • Develop technical information to aid government program management decisions. • Manage system configuration documents and work breakdown structures. • Support acquisition functions including requirements, documentation, test and evaluation, and design reviews.

What You Bring

Qualified applicants hold a bachelor’s degree in a STEM‑related field, with a master’s degree preferred, and bring ten or more years of experience in system architectures and the SE design process. Travel may be required both within the CONUS and OCONUS, and an active TS‑SCI with polygraph eligibility is mandatory. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (master’s preferred). • Possess 10+ years of experience in system architectures and SE design processes. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. • Maintain an active TS‑SCI with polygraph eligibility.
