About the Role
Coordinates and directs production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing, analyzes production documents to determine requirements, and plans work schedules accordingly while collaborating with other supervisors to align departmental operations. Maintains accurate records of employee time, production output, and costs, prepares shift performance reports for supervisors, and implements measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality. What You Bring
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required; additional education is advantageous, and a preferred candidate has 3 to 5 years of industry experience or equivalent background. Key abilities include building successful teams based on trust, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, sound decision‑making, effective communication, and strong interpersonal relationships. Required certifications include Leadership Training Courses, First Aid and CPR, and potentially RCRA, DOT, HVAC, or 608 Universal Refrigerant certifications depending on the assigned area. • Possess 3–5 years of industry experience or equivalent background • Hold certifications such as Leadership Training, First Aid/CPR, and relevant RCRA, DOT, HVAC, or 608 Refrigerant certifications • Meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lb and prolonged standing or walking
