About the Role

The role is on the Mobile Applications, ServicePower and MASterMind Ops Support team within our DevOps organization. You will lead operations and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications built with Microsoft MAUI, collaborate with development and testing teams to solve problems, and write clean, maintainable code. Responsibilities also include analyzing, triaging and troubleshooting issues, staying current with mobile trends, assisting ServicePower configuration changes, supporting integration with enterprise systems, and providing Level 2/3 technical support for MASterMind software. You will create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and troubleshooting guides, and participate in system deployments, migrations, and go‑live support. Monitoring system performance, proactively identifying improvements, and assisting with application configuration, script execution, technical testing, and report customization are also key duties. Johnson Controls enhances the intelligence of buildings, delivering smarter, safer, more comfortable, efficient, and sustainable environments that help people focus on their unique missions. • Lead and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications built with Microsoft MAUI. • Collaborate with development, testing, Help Desk, and vendor teams to resolve incidents and enhance applications. • Write clean, maintainable C# code and troubleshoot issues across iOS, UWP, and Android platforms. • Provide Level 2/3 support for MASterMind Business software and assist ServicePower configuration changes. • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and deployment guides. • Monitor system performance, identify improvement areas, and support migrations and go‑live activities.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least six years of mobile application SDLC experience focused on Microsoft MAUI. Proficiency in C#, XAML, .NET frameworks, SQL, Azure services, and RESTful APIs is essential, along with strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Candidates must be US citizens or Green Card holders. • Required: Bachelor’s in CS/IT, 6+ years mobile SDLC experience with MAUI, strong C#/XAML/.NET, Azure services, REST APIs. • Desired skills: SQL, analytical thinking, excellent communication, US citizenship or Green Card.
