About the Role
Mace acts as a delivery partner, providing technical, cost and technical assurance across the full lifecycle of projects, including temporary and permanent enabling infrastructure, while maintaining logistics and operations at all times. The role focuses on developing information management (IM) strategies and standards, delivering effective IM across projects, providing training, leading delivery, and implementing ISO 19650‑aligned processes to ensure accurate, assured information for digital delivery. • Define and deliver IM strategies, standards (ISO 19650) and processes for client‑facing projects. • Establish and manage the project/programme IM function in line with strategy and standards. • Train project and programme colleagues in IM practices and drive continuous improvement. • Manage assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored. • Line‑manage, coach and support the IM team, both direct and indirect reports. • Contribute to the global digital centre of excellence by creating knowledge, processes and case studies. • Support bids by providing IM strategies and solutions. • Assist in the set‑up, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE). • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition, identifying and managing associated emissions and reductions. • Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The position is based on the client’s Weybridge site, requiring a minimum of three days per week on‑site, with occasional work at Moorgate, London.
