The Analyst Program is two years in duration, through which you will develop the necessary skills to succeed as a commercial real estate professional. As an Analyst, you will gain valuable skills from assisting experienced transaction professionals in the underwriting of asset sales and debt placement across all property types. You will have the opportunity to participate in client interactions, which will provide exposure to the most relevant transactions in the commercial real estate finance industry. Analysts will also receive on‑the‑job training, mentoring, and feedback throughout their tenure. The position is based in San Francisco, California, within the Analytics department, and is a full‑time entry‑level role with a compensation package of $80,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
