About the Role

As Centre Manager you will lead and inspire a dedicated team—including the Retail Marketing Manager, Administration Manager, and Operations Manager—while coordinating with third‑party contractors to ensure seamless operations that reflect the premium nature of this CBD asset. You will oversee lease, marketing and operational activities, prepare and analyse comprehensive budgets and performance reports, monitor key performance indicators, control operating costs, and identify value‑add opportunities with the REIT ownership team. • Lead and inspire team members across retail marketing, administration and operations. • Manage lease, marketing and day‑to‑day operations of the Rundle Place centre. • Prepare, analyse and report on budgets, business plans, forecasts and audits. • Monitor key performance indicators and conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews. • Control operating costs while maintaining premium service standards. • Identify and implement value‑add opportunities with REIT ownership. • Oversee third‑party contractors to ensure seamless facility operations.

This flagship shopping centre is a premium asset within Australia's retail landscape, requiring a manager who can deliver outstanding performance and stakeholder value. To be successful you will need strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, proven experience managing a CBD or sub‑regional retail asset, and the ability to lead a team. You must exhibit robust stakeholder‑management capabilities, be commercially astute in identifying income‑driving opportunities, and hold at minimum a Certificate of Registration as Real Estate and Business Sales Representative valid in South Australia. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities. • Possess proven experience managing a CBD or sub‑regional retail asset. • Hold a Certificate of Registration as Real Estate and Business Sales Representative (SA).
