About the Role
The position focuses on coordination, recordkeeping, reporting, and customer service to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate student accountability for continuous training improvement. The incumbent will collaborate with civilian, government‑contract, and active‑duty personnel to support communication, scheduling, and administrative processes for student management and training activities. • Maintain accountability rosters and update student status using government and internal tools. • Perform data entry and verification in student accountability databases and housing systems. • Prepare and submit time‑sensitive daily/weekly accountability reports. • Provide daily administrative support for student preparation, including email communications and record updates. • Review and verify student records, identifying and correcting discrepancies. • Generate routine reports on student status, room assignments, and accountability. • Support student check‑in/check‑out by issuing keys, maintaining logs, and filing documentation. • Monitor shared inboxes for student requests, scheduling changes, medical notifications, and route information appropriately. • Assist with disciplinary and compliance documentation preparation and routing. • Coordinate weekly room inspections, post results, and track follow‑up actions. • Maintain and update administrative lists for appointments, class assignments, attendance, and status changes.

What You Bring
Basic qualifications include a high school diploma/GED with six or more years of experience, an active Secret clearance, and proficiency with Office 365 and EMH software. Preferred qualifications highlight exceptional organizational and customer‑service skills, experience with Enterprise Military Housing, CPR certification, and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, adaptable environment. • High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience. • Active Secret security clearance. • Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and EMH software. • Exceptional organizational, customer service, time management, critical thinking, and active listening skills. • Experience with Enterprise Military Housing (EMH) software and databases. • CPR certification. • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment and adapt to new systems.
