About the Role
The Project Analyst supports companies that manufacture or distribute temperature‑sensitive Life Science products by coordinating projects that monitor and improve cold‑chain performance. The analyst works with cross‑functional teams, interacts regularly with customers’ QA and operations staff, and assists Project Managers in planning, execution, and documentation. • Lead development and implementation of internal projects aligned with organizational goals. • Coordinate contributions from business partners and vendors, ensuring scope and quality. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle. • Conduct requirement‑gathering sessions and perform risk/impact assessments. • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including scope, budget, and plans. • Develop and maintain test scripts, execute test plans, and resolve issues. • Engage business users in testing, gather feedback, and ensure requirements are met. • Support final rollout, create training materials, and facilitate user training sessions. • Maintain project databases and produce technical reports, protocols, and proposals. • Travel up to 50 % of the time; lift items up to 35 lb and climb ladders over 8 ft.
