Supervise dispatch ops, staff, scheduling, safety, and reporting for waste management.
Job Highlights
About the Role
The position supervises daily dispatch operations and tracking, ensuring the department runs efficiently. • Oversee daily dispatch department activities, meeting productivity and quality targets. • Coordinate resolution of service orders and customer service issues. • Manage live dispatch, GPS, and MAS data entry. • Supervise processing of all paperwork, including billing backlog. • Enforce company policies, conduct safety briefings, and develop procedures. • Coordinate container tracking, placement, and driver safety initiatives. • Compile and analyze maintenance reports. • Schedule staff, monitor performance, and arrange training as needed. • Coach, train, evaluate employees, and provide input on termination, compensation, and promotions.

What You Bring
This role typically works 8:30 am – 6 pm Central Time but must be able to cover any 9‑hour shift between 3:30 am – 7 pm Central. Rotating on‑call Saturdays are scheduled from 4 am – 2 pm.
