About the Role

• Perform drafting assignments quickly and accurately. • Convert field‑collected electronic files into Autodesk Civil 3D drawings. • Produce ALTA, boundary, topographic surveys, as‑built drawings, maps, specific‑purpose surveys, plot plans, and subdivision record plats. • Reduce field notes into survey/civil grade base maps.

What You Bring

Do you have an eye for detail and a love for problem‑solving? We are seeking a Survey Technician who will support field crews and project managers by producing precise, high‑quality survey deliverables. The role involves processing field data, drafting topographic maps, reviewing boundary records, and supporting layout plans that shape tomorrow’s structures, roads, and infrastructure. • Minimum 2+ years experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D in survey/civil work. • Laser scanning/LiDAR experience a plus. • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English for job communications.
