About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our busy and expanding Manchester office, supporting clients to deliver projects and programmes in the Healthcare sector within our Real Estate division. The role will lead Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for end‑to‑end service delivery, often on large or complex projects, and act as the key day‑to‑day client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost and quality targets are met. Project Managers handle commissions up to £40m, or larger advisory programmes. Responsibilities include strategic advice at project conception, defining success criteria, planning and managing quality, safety, health and environmental issues, establishing governance, producing detailed project plans, advising on resource procurement, leading cross‑functional teams, applying performance management and KPIs, managing change control, monitoring finances, coordinating information flow, producing progress reports, and interfacing with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare projects up to £40m, ensuring time, cost and quality targets. • Provide strategic advice at project conception and define success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance). • Establish project governance, processes and detailed project plans. • Manage quality, safety, health, environment and change control throughout the project. • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate client and consultant communications, and produce progress reports. • Monitor project finances and apply performance KPIs to drive improvement. • Advise on resource procurement and oversee procurement activities.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and hold a professional qualification such as MCIOB or APM. Proven experience managing Healthcare projects, preferably in a consultancy environment, is required, though candidates from contracting backgrounds will also be considered.
