About the Role
The Technician 1 position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet that includes aerial work platforms, construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC and oil‑&‑gas equipment. Work is performed safely and efficiently to minimize downtime, and may require the use of personal tools, knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • May need to provide tools of trade

What You Bring
• Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment • High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired • 1 to 3 years of technician experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment preferred • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
