About the Role

The role supports the Rail BU by providing service support for customers and rail teams reporting to the Fleet Manager, ensuring timely and accurate handling of service and warranty activities. • Receive and log customer requests for service or warranty work. • Create and process C4S tickets through to completion. • Prepare service quotations and invoices. • Identify required spare parts using engine parts catalogues. • Issue goods and execute stock transfers as needed. • Collate and verify engineers’ reports. • Ensure prompt delivery of warranty returns. • Raise purchase orders when necessary. • Administer Value Care Agreements with key customers. • Prepare parts orders for engineer delivery or collection. • Receive, code, and validate warranty claims for accuracy. • Submit warranty claims to FN within established deadlines. • Investigate and resolve queries raised by FN, liaising with engineers or customers. • Process engineers’ reports in the TOGA warranty system. • Support regular stock checks.
