About the Role

In this role you will work closely with local management to prepare market research, cash‑flow models and valuation reports, collect and organize property and market data, support client presentations, and provide timely analytical services to the Montreal office and its institutional clients such as pension funds and REITs. • Conduct market research, cash‑flow projections and valuation reports. • Gather and analyze property details, tax assessments, tenant information and economic data. • Maintain and update JLL market and property databases. • Assist in preparing and delivering client and stakeholder presentations. • Provide reliable, timely analytical support to the Montreal team. • Collaborate on high‑quality valuations for pension funds, REITs, asset managers and institutions. • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.

What You Bring

The role requires a post‑secondary degree in commerce, economics, business administration, urban economics, planning or geography, 1–2 years of commercial‑real‑estate experience, strong analytical and communication skills in French and English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with ARGUS Enterprise and a proactive, independent work style are preferred. • Hold a post‑secondary degree in commerce, economics, business administration, urban economics, planning or geography. • Possess 1–2 years of full‑time experience in commercial real estate. • Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail with complex financial data. • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English. • Show effective time‑management, organizational abilities and meet tight deadlines. • Preferred: experience with ARGUS Enterprise and knowledge of capital‑market trends. • Preferred: proactive mindset, strong initiative, and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
