After completing the program, you will be prepared for a variety of leadership career paths in sales, marketing, manufacturing, or operations. • Global perspective through required relocation to Eaton sites • Bachelor’s degree required, graduation before August 2026 • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 • At least one internship or 3 months of work experience required • Geographic flexibility to relocate within the United States • Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher • Demonstrated leadership experience on campus or in the community • Ability to speak a second language • Enrollment in an engineering or business degree program • Program based in Highland, IL or Syracuse, NY for the full two‑year duration • Up to 25% travel may be required within the local region • Valid unrestricted driver’s license required

The GEIS Division’s Technical Sales Development Program is a two‑year rotational program within Eaton’s Electrical Sector. It consists of two one‑year assignments based at a single U.S. Eaton location, offering exposure to multiple sales roles, product training, and leadership development. Participants will learn to sell electrical products and solutions, creating value for distributors, contractors, consultants, and end customers. • Personalized program experience tailored to each participant • Strategic networking with senior leaders and mentorship opportunities
