About the Role
The Product Manager will lead initiatives at the intersection of consumer experience, data, and integrations, shaping how property data from thousands of managers and owners is collected and displayed for millions of renters. Working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, analytics, SEO, and external partners, the role focuses on building scalable data pipelines, APIs, and third‑party integrations that improve listing quality, drive qualified leads, and maximize ROI for advertising partners. • Drive end‑to‑end execution of new renter‑focused product features, collaborating with Design, Engineering, SEO, and Analytics. • Translate product requirements into scoped, actionable plans for timely, high‑quality delivery. • Partner with design to create modern, intuitive user interfaces that highlight property listings and renter decision‑making details. • Work with engineering to build scalable systems that ingest and surface listing content, including media, pricing, availability, and amenities. • Implement validation, normalization, and monitoring to ensure data quality and consistency across structured and unstructured property data. • Apply governance principles to maintain listing integrity throughout the data architecture. • Coordinate with third‑party data providers and internal Data Feeds team to support scalable integrations. • Evaluate engineering trade‑offs, participate in technical discussions, and identify scalable solutions balancing feasibility, impact, and speed. • Use experimentation frameworks and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve feature performance. • Analyze user behavior, feature performance, and product KPIs to identify optimization opportunities. • Serve as connective tissue across cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and shared accountability.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires a consumer‑first mindset, technical fluency, and the ability to prioritize relentlessly while iterating on data quality and feature performance. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, with an expectation of in‑person collaboration Monday through Friday to foster the best outcomes for customers and users. • Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) from an accredited university. • 3+ years of digital product management experience delivering consumer software products. • Proven ability to partner with engineering teams to build, test, and launch features collaboratively. • Strong collaboration experience with design to balance product goals and user experience. • Ability to translate product ideas into wireframes, mock‑ups, workflow diagrams, or journey maps. • Proficiency with SQL, Google Analytics, FullStory, PowerBI, or similar analytics tools. • Familiarity with building data‑powered consumer experiences using API integrations or data ingestion mechanisms. • Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences. • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. • Demonstrated commitment and reliability in prior roles. • 5+ years of digital product management or comparable technical product experience. • Experience with product management tools such as Azure DevOps/TFS, Jira, Asana, Aha!, or Monday.com. • Experience using user research tools like Maze, UserTesting, UserZoom, or Dovetail. • Expertise in planning and launching A/B or multivariate experiments to optimize features and drive KPIs. • Background in residential, multifamily, or commercial real estate (a plus).
