About the Role
• Assist in operations of the production section, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support • Serve as an Assistant Project Manager, assisting with project production alongside management duties • Handle administrative responsibilities for section staff and technical services, coordinating with other sections • Participate in marketing planning, proposals, and interviews • Engage directly with industrial and public clients on marketing, project production, and related issues • Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated through proactive project management • Implement, monitor, and support company policy • Select, train, develop, and manage technical personnel • Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff on local and national marketing and production efforts

What You Bring
• US citizenship or Permanent Resident status required due to client contract requirements • Preferred: Master’s degree • Preferred: Professional engineering license in CA • Preferred: PMP certification • Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience • Required: Professional registration, license, or certification may be required based on role • Required: Strong communication and listening skills • Required: Ability to handle multiple assignments • Required: Good leadership and organizational skills
