About the Role
The Engineer will coordinate and lead Manufacturing Services organisational service lines at plant level, ensuring external service provider partnerships meet business requirements. Responsibilities include supporting Health & Safety standards, administering functional service line requirements, and using IT and digital tools to manage service accountabilities. The role also involves data analysis, identifying performance improvements and delivering cost‑saving projects. • Coordinate external service provider partnerships in line with business requirements and standards. • Support implementation of Health & Safety standards, acting as Responsible Person or Assistant RP when needed. • Administer business requirements for Manufacturing Services functional service lines. • Utilise IT systems and digital tools to manage manufacturing service accountabilities. • Perform data analysis, identify performance improvement opportunities, and implement cost‑saving projects.

What You Bring
Preferred candidates will hold Level 3 engineering or maintenance qualifications and have experience in functional support groups. A proven record of delivering business results, negotiating with, and coordinating external service providers is essential. The closing date for applications is 26 January 2026.
