About the Role

The primary purpose of the role is to maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), delivering a robust schedule for the sub‑programme that aligns with the overall programme through dependency milestones. Key responsibilities include advising contractors on schedule structure, inputting current schedule plans, producing status reports, assessing time‑ and cost‑impact of baseline changes for eChange, reviewing instructed PMIs, developing appropriate planning practices, and adhering to client and sub‑programme processes. • Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the sub‑programme. • Advise contractors on schedule structure and content; input current schedule plans. • Produce schedule reports and communicate status according to client requirements. • Assess time and cost impacts of baseline changes and feed assessments into eChange. • Review and implement instructed PMIs within contractor schedules. • Develop and promote planning working practices for the sub‑programme. • Ensure compliance with client processes and NEC‑approved programme management. • Perform schedule risk analysis and manage schedule interfaces.

What You Bring

The business is hiring Planners and Planning Engineers at all levels to support a major London‑based airport’s high‑value infrastructure projects. Candidates should have aviation or airport planning experience and a proven track record of delivering in large international airport environments. Applicants must demonstrate strong expertise in Primavera P6 schedule development and administration, detailed schedule creation, design and contractor schedule assurance, schedule risk analysis, interface management, and NEC‑approved programme management. Previous airport experience is an advantage. • Demonstrate expertise in Primavera P6 schedule development and administration. • Leverage previous airport or aviation planning experience where available.
