About the Role
Key responsibilities include safely and efficiently batching agitator trucks, delivering concrete with an agitator, loading aggregate bins, and performing housekeeping and yard duties. You will also communicate regularly with customers, place orders for both customers and internal stakeholders, and operate a front‑end loader as needed. • Deliver concrete using an agitator. • Load aggregate bins and perform yard housekeeping. • Communicate regularly with customers and place orders. • Ensure excellent time‑keeping and adherence to safety policies. • Use IT tools such as Outlook for scheduling and communication. • Participate in overtime and occasional Saturday work with penalty rates.

What You Bring
The HR Concrete Driver/Relief Batcher position is based at our Margaret River concrete plant in Western Australia. We are seeking a self‑motivated team player who values safety, delivers results, communicates effectively, works hard and can multitask. Applicants must be self‑motivated, hold a HR licence or higher, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with excellent time‑keeping. A high regard for safety policies, solid IT skills (including Outlook), and the ability to support individual customer requests are essential; a front‑end loader ticket is highly regarded. • Batch agitator trucks safely and efficiently. • Operate a front‑end loader (loader ticket preferred). • Hold a HR licence (or higher) and maintain strong work ethic.
