About the Role
• Lead end‑to‑end HVAC project planning, design review, execution, and commissioning for commercial, industrial, and institutional sites. • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems such as chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, and plantroom equipment. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, civil, controls) to ensure seamless project integration. • Review HVAC drawings, schematics, piping layouts, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance with specifications. • Select equipment (pumps, valves, chillers, ducting) based on engineering calculations and project requirements. • Manage project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery while maintaining quality standards. • Conduct site inspections, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and statutory regulations throughout execution. • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for on‑time material delivery and technical support. • Monitor system performance during installation and commissioning, troubleshooting issues proactively. • Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and updates to stakeholders and senior management. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. • Lead cross‑functional project teams with effective communication, task delegation, and alignment to project goals.
