About the Role
• Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research for Institute thought leadership. • Conduct interviews with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. • Author research papers, surveys, briefs, blogs, and related outputs. • Manage member and client communications, meeting planning, logistics, and program administration. • Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement approaches. • Create PowerPoint presentations and collateral to convey Institute insights. • Oversee multiple overlapping projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality. • Support Institute team and ERM partners in effective project management. • Provide Institute administration and logistical support.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or master’s preferred. • Possess 3–5 years of research and writing experience in consulting or a comparable setting. • Demonstrated ability to conduct primary and secondary research. • Track record of producing reports, briefs, blogs, or other publications. • Experience in meeting design and facilitation. • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills. • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; data management or infographics a plus. • Familiarity with emerging AI tools for research. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple time zones, and lead junior peers.
