About the Role
The Regional Sales Executive will generate profitable incremental revenue within an assigned geography, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. They will develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, site owners, management firms, engineering consultants, contractors, and others to support customers’ strategic plans. The role covers new sales and retention of existing accounts across service lines such as industrial services, field services, emergency response, site remediation, waste transportation and disposal. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust sales funnel, identifying prospects for the full suite of environmental solutions, and expanding revenue within existing accounts. The executive will create and communicate account plans, risk ratings, and retention strategies for top accounts, use CRM daily, and stay informed on market behavior and competitive trends. They will offer additional services, complete required agreements and reports, and travel weekly with occasional overnight trips.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a proven track record generating new business in the environmental field, strong technical expertise in environmental solutions and regulatory compliance, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum qualifications include an equivalent education plus five years of relevant waste or industry experience, at least two years of direct selling experience, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

The pay range for this position is $95,000 to $130,550, varying by locality, with potential bonus eligibility.
