About the Role

The Site Systems Analyst supports remote and branch offices by delivering hardware, software, and telecommunications services. Responsibilities include evaluating technical needs, designing and implementing solutions, and performing desktop installations and upgrades in line with JE Dunn’s strategy and values. • Partner with project teams to propose internet, speed, and IT service options and associated costs. • Coordinate digital workstation, kiosk, and printer setups with logistics on job sites. • Gather job site requirements, obtain provider packages, and ensure budget compliance. • Communicate with internal IT and external service providers to schedule installations and low‑voltage work. • Oversee onsite installations, test systems, and verify proper functionality. • Provide technology training, end‑user support, and assist project teams with utilization. • Manage network connectivity, system access, and monitor IT services throughout projects. • Disconnect and de‑commission equipment and services at project completion. • Perform onsite maintenance and repair of hardware, printers, telephone systems, and networking equipment. • Respond to Help Desk tickets requiring onsite technical support. • Maintain accurate records of circuits, assets, consultants, and vendors for each site. • Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure equipment remains operational. • Utilize technology to increase productivity and adapt to new tools. • Prioritize multiple projects and collaborate with internal and external teams.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in computer technology or a related field, though relevant experience is also considered. Required qualifications include at least two years of help‑desk or desktop support experience, with preferred experience in ISP coordination and network setup. • Demonstrate proficiency with PCs, operating systems, hardware components, and basic networking. • Apply strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. • Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute. • Minimum 2+ years of help‑desk or desktop support experienceabwa; 2+ years with ISPs/network setup preferred.
