About the Role
The successful candidate will lead end‑to‑end service delivery for project management commissions, manage key accounts, develop new relationships and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets while supporting clients’ transition to Net Zero. • Lead and deliver project management commissions end‑to‑end, ensuring time, cost and quality objectives. • Manage existing key accounts and develop new client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. • Oversee commercial aspects, including monthly budgeting, forecasting and budget control. • Control schedules and broader elements of complex infrastructure projects and programmes. • Support clients in transitioning to Net Zero and enhancing sustainability.

What You Bring
• Hold a degree or equivalent and a professional qualification (APM, PMI or Prince2). • Demonstrable experience administering NEC contracts (or similar) and using contract management software such as CEMAR. • Proficient in project planning tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project. • Experience in Defence, Nuclear, infrastructure or construction environments, with strong governance knowledge. • Desired experience with UK Government/Tier 1 organisations, NEC PMA accreditation, and RIBA‑stage projects. • Ability to obtain and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC); sole UK National status required. • Expected to spend ~60 % of time on client sites or Turner & Townsend offices, with travel as needed.
