About the Role

Resident Engagement & Customer Service responsibilities include being the friendly face and main point of contact for residents and visitors, responding to resident needs with empathy and professionalism, conducting community tours—both walk‑ins and those scheduled by the Regional Sales Team, supporting move‑ins and move‑outs to ensure seamless experiences, and escalating resident concerns to leadership as needed. Community Operations duties involve inspecting homes before move‑in to ensure quality, walking the property to identify maintenance or curb‑appeal issues, assisting in planning and executing resident events, and helping to uphold safety standards and community policies. Administrative Support tasks consist of maintaining accurate resident records, assisting in preparing community reports, and handling day‑to‑day admin responsibilities as assigned. • Serve as primary point of contact for residents and visitors. • Respond empathetically and professionally to resident inquiries and issues. • Conduct scheduled and walk‑in community tours. • Facilitate smooth move‑ins and move‑outs. • Escalate resident concerns to leadership when necessary. • Inspect units pre‑move‑in for quality assurance. • Identify and report maintenance or curb‑appeal deficiencies. • Assist in planning and executing resident events. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and community policies. • Maintain accurate resident records and prepare community reports. • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support.
