About the Role

The position is responsible for executing turbine‑generator outage projects to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities aligned with Constellation and Clean Energy Center goals. It standardizes outage processes, enforces procedures, human performance fundamentals, and provides coaching and mentoring to drive continuous improvement. • Develop detailed outage plans, assign personnel, and define work scope. • Create schedule and budget using the life‑cycle cost management system. • Lead execution of refueling outage services and serve as primary liaison with client CEC management and major vendors. • Oversee project completion, close‑out financial and technical documentation, and promote fiscal accountability. • Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across all CEC project participants. • Communicate technical, financial, and progress status to corporate and CEC management levels. • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees.

What You Bring

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years, or Associate’s degree + 10 years, or High school diploma/GED + 12 years of power‑generation experience; leadership in at least three refueling outages; meet access and medical requirements. • Preferred qualifications: turbine/generator experience and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
