About the Role

• Study blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine material requirements and dimensions. • Perform concrete and rough carpentry, including hand‑setting walls, footings, gang wall forms, structural decks, slabs, columns, and drywall. • Set door frames, hang doors, and install related hardware. • Complete finish‑carpentry tasks such as installing toilet accessories, handrails, corner guards, partitions, lockers, cabinets, countertops, wall paneling, coffered ceilings, and trim. • Build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.

What You Bring
